Hilton Tokyo Odaiba

I honestly don’t understand how this hotel is rated as a 5-star property. It was a 1-star experience at best. The hotel is extremely dated and feels like it hasn’t been renovated in decades. The room was worn throughout, and the bathroom was in particularly poor condition. Several of the floor tiles actually cracked and moved when stepped on, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one claiming to be five stars. One of the advertised benefits of our room category was access to cocktail hour, but when we arrived we were told it was already full. If access is advertised as an included amenity, guests shouldn’t be turned away because of capacity. Overall, the property feels tired, neglected, and nowhere near the standard you would expect from Hilton or a 5-star hotel. There are far better options in Tokyo. This was, without question, the most disappointing hotel stay of our trip to Japan. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it.

Bize verilen odada balkon kapısını açtığımızda yan tesisten ses ve yemek kokuları geliyordu, oda konumu olarak doğru bir seçim vermemişler ancak diğer tarafın daha iyi olduğunu söyleyebilirim

部屋からの眺めが良かった。浴室とトイレが完全に区切られていて、ゆっくり入浴できました。部屋にテーブルがあって外で買っできた物を食べるのに調度ど良い大きさでした。

I love the staff, very supportive and pleasant.

My room felt very dated and the bathroom had tiles coming out of the wall by the bathtub. The smell of the room wasn’t very pleasant either. The breakfast buffet was also quite average.

When you have come for a vacation and want every need being met. Hilton has lived up to its Brand it is a honour to have stayed at this exquisite place.
