目の前にレインボーブリッジが見え素晴らしい景色と共にベランダに出られる開放感がとても良かったです。

施設全体が古いです。 清掃も簡易的で至る所に埃がありました。 朝食会場のトースターが壊れていてスタッフに毎朝伝えている人が見受けられました。トースターなんて精々1万円程なので早く購入して替えたら良いのにと思います。

"Haggle Heavy Hilton Employees for our Honeymoon."

We are currently staying here on our honeymoon and let them know we were. I asked if they had any upgrades they said no. Then an Indian gentleman with glasses approached the counter and said they did but we would need to pay extra. Then tried to haggle us for pricing. I do not recommend this hotel to couples for that reason as every other hotel in Japan either gave us the upgrade (which all but one have) and the ones that didn’t definitely did not try to squeeze an extra dime out of us for a slight upgrade which the man clarified was a very similar room but slightly better view… yea messed up. Not up to par with any of the hiltons we have stayed at previously.

Have stayed here 3 times. The staff is wonderful The rooms are comfortable, Clean over all, the breakfast spread is delicious with good variety. Hoping to make it back to see how the renovations went. Location is fantastic close train & malls
