ANA InterContinental Tokyo by IHG

Classic hotel. Nothing wow but ok. Convenient location, a few steps from the subway station.

4 pieces of underwear from my pre-teen daughter “disappeared” while we stayed there. It happened on the third day. We complained to the manager on duty as the desk. They said “no it’s not possible, our staff would not do that”. I know exactly what I packed, and the first days no issues. But then 4 pieces disappeared. I looked into this and… it’s a thing in Japan, stolen underwear. But I did not expect this to happen at the Intercontinental. That’s disgusting. EDIT: after ANA Intercontinental responded to my comment, I contacted them and they said they would investigate and reach out. It's been approximately 2 months I believe, and I have no news.

Västerländsk frukost, bekväma sängar, bra läge nära metron, vänlig personal, stora rum.

Nagyon frekventált helyen van, gyonyoru, hatalmas szalloda. Kenyelmes, sok szolgaltatast tudtunk gond nelkul igenybe venni. Azonnal van taxi a bejaratnal, segitenek felveszik a Takkiyoubint, a koktelbar nagy valasztekkal rendelkezik. A szoba kenyelmes hatalmas francia aggyal, napi szintu takaritassal. A szobaszerviz is kenyelmes, finomak az etelek. Elegedettek voltunk mindennel.

Kar, hogy fix az ablak. Sokszor nagyon jo lett volna kis friss levegot beengedni a szobaba. A legkondi miatt vagy hideg van vagy tul meleg.

Location in Akasaka, a little commercial but had many dining options nearby. Bathrooms very modern and up to date, only one sink for king classic room, beds very comfortable and good white duvet. Coffee shops and cascade buffet easy to get food.

Air conditioning hard to manage At check in they didn’t inform us of free breakfast but a manager Robin was amazing at making sure we were compensated or not charged. Thank you Robin for your attention.

Great Service from the beginning. Mixed Bar is fantastic ! We truly liked the Brewer’s to Go and Brewer’s coffee bar!

Property was well appointed, very clean and friendly staff

In room dining was quite expensive. That being said it was excellent quality

Breakfast was fantastic and our room was perfect - location excellent close to everything and you could walk very safe area. Lots of restaurants in the hotel and close by as well.
