"A 5-Star Stay Made Special by Incredible People"

10.0

We had an amazing stay at ANA InterContinental Tokyo and it became one of the highlights of our trip to Japan. The rooms were beautiful with incredible views over Tokyo — we could see Tokyo Tower from our room and it looked stunning at night when lit up. The hotel started with a small issue as we could not check in early due to maintenance, which was disappointing after a long journey, but the team completely turned the experience around with exceptional service throughout the rest of our stay. I would especially like to recognise the General Manager, who personally apologised for the confusion and ensured we were taken care of. Even during checkout she made herself available and made sure everything ended perfectly. A special thank you also to Pvakita at the bar for making the best Old Fashioned cocktails and always serving with a smile. The biggest thank you goes to Raphael and Shimada, who truly made this trip unforgettable for myself and my now fiancée. From greeting us by name and making us feel like family, to asking about our day and following up on our plans, they consistently went above and beyond. Small gestures create lasting memories, and these two created plenty of them for us. The food options were excellent, the Club Lounge experience was fantastic, and the location was very convenient with stations, restaurants and attractions nearby. They say it's not how you start, but how you finish — ANA may have had a slightly shaky start, but they absolutely finished strong and gave us a stay we will never forget. We will definitely stay at ANA again whenever we return to Japan.

"A Wonderful Experience at the ANA InterContinental Tokyo Executive Lounge"

10.0

Because I frequently travel between Tokyo and China for work, I stayed again at the familiar ANA InterContinental Tokyo. The experience at the Executive Lounge was excellent – I must give a big compliment! A special thank you to Ms. Shimada. She is very warm, attentive, and thoughtful. She always has a kind smile and pays close attention to every guest's needs. Thanks to her care, the lounge dishes tasted even more delicious. This stay truly felt like a home away from home, and I will choose this hotel again next time. I would also like to particularly mention Mr. Makita, a male staff member at the Executive Lounge. He is not only handsome and professional, but also very courteous. His movements are quick and efficient, and his eyes always catch guests' needs in time – refilling tea, clearing plates, and patiently introducing the day's special dishes. With him there, the whole dining atmosphere became more pleasant. I hope to see him again next time!
