NH Venezia Santa Lucia

Quarto excelente, limpíssimo, estrutira de todo hotel sao otimas, no quarto chuveiro ótimo, produtos oferidos kit banho no quarto sao otimos. Café da Manha delicioso. E o atendimento da sra Valentina nota 10, educadiisima, agildade e presteza no atendimento nos ajudou muuto. Nota 10, muito Obrigada Indico o Hotel e retornaremos.

Literally 5 minutes walk along a flat surface from the main railway station of Santa Lucia, so it’s easy with suitcases. The lobby is beautiful and the location of the hotel is generally convenient for water taxis, vaporetto and general surface navigation of the city. We had an amazing breakfast included, were allocated a rooftop loft room with an amazing side view of the grand canal. The bells of an adjacent church chimed us awake every morning. A beautiful accidental feature. The hotel reception staff were all lovely, helpful and friendly. Our special thanks to Miss Aurora at the front desk.

The lift to our room was both tiny and extremely slow. But this is not a deal breaker.

Geräumiges Zimmer und großes Bett, gutes Frühstück, gute Lage wenn man mit dem Zug in Venezia Santa Lucia anreist

Zimmer leider sehr hellhörig (besonders in der Nähe vom Lift), Sehr heiß im Zimmer und keine Klimaanlage verfügbar - Personal sagt auf Rückfrage nur, dass man doch lüften solle (hat aber nichts gebracht), Personal an der Rezeption generell sehr unfreundlich und ging nicht auf unsere Wünsche ein (uns wurde ein ruhiges Zimmer versprochen - bekommen haben wir ein hellhöriges Zimmer direkt neben dem Lift, kein Early Check-In und Late Check-Out gegen Bezahlung möglich, obwohl mehrere Zimmer frei waren), Schwarze Flecken in der Badewanne / Dusche, wir waren schon in vielen NH Hotels und dieses war eindeutig das Schlechteste :(
