"Unforgettable. Would definitely stay here again if I return to Venice."

The view! I requested a room directly facing the canal since I was visiting for my wedding anniversary and it was perfect perfection. Love the robes and slippers and all the amenities in the bathroom. Also, the location from the train can’t be beat.

מלון נחמד מאוד צמוד לתחנת הרכבת אז ממש נוח להגיע ישר עם המזוודות ללא כל הגשרים שבעיר. חדר מרווח ומפנק. זרם מים חלש באמבטיה.

Due to their senseless policies, we paid for 2 rooms we couldn't use because we reserved double beds that could not be guaranteed. Attempted to cancel 4 months prior to arrival. If you value hotels that keep commitments and value customer experience, avoid this place.
