"Great stay but let down with the charging me twice issue. Still unresolved and it’s been over a month"

Great room, clean and room service as lovely. Particularly liked the bar tender at lunch on the 24th November 25 , he was so friendly and attentive.

Charged me twice room service on two different cards and still haven’t got my money back. Impossible to set up account so contact with hotel was poor and as a result unable to find transfer from airport and had to take a taxi. No way to communicate easily with the hotel.

Miserables Frühstück!!‘😩😬😡🤮 Lärmige, kalte Frühstückshalle 🤮😡 Im Badezimmer nur das absolute Minimum, nicht mal eine Duschhaube! Niemals ein vier Sterne Hotel. Zwei Sterne das absolute Maximum! 337 Dollar schon fast eine Frechheit !!!‘

"DAY PASS"

My husband and I had an evening flight and had disembarked early off a cruise. Decided to purchase a day pass at this resort. First time we used a day pass and it was definitely worth it. The staff at the front desk were welcoming. The hotel is very nice and we enjoyed the use of the pool and hot tub. It's just a ten minute drive from the airport and a complimentary airport shuttle was included with the day pass.
