Great location close to transport and lovely king st Newtown

Shared bathroom not ideal, but ok

The staff were all lovely and helpful! The meals were very filling and delicious as well. The hotel is situated in the best location for restaurants, bars, vintage shops and public transport!

The only thing slightly negative I can say about the place is that the room was a little smaller than anticipated compared to the pictures, but it was still a great room!

Nicely styled room with comfortable bed and furniture. Walk downstairs for great pub food and atmosphere. Or room service if desired. Right on King Street for great variety of old fashioned high street shops and diverse restaurant offerings.

Not much water pressure in the shared bathroom.

Lovely room which is what we wanted just on the bottom of king street and in walking distance of newtown. Easy to access and friendly staff for the pub below.

It met expectations!

The location & also ordered the cauliflower dish off the menu and it was the best cauliflower dish I’ve ever tried.

The room we booked was quite dark which gave it a dingy feel, it could definitely do with brighter lighting. All the cleaning is done with strong bleach so there is a strong smell of bleach in the kitchen, corridor & bathroom that isn’t super pleasant. I think it either needs to be diluted more or something else should be used.
