The staff were super helpful throughout our stay and even upgraded our room as it was our honeymoon. The location is perfect for exploring the city. We'd definitely stay here again.

Our experience at JM Marvel Hotel & Spa was incredible. The service, lead by Leo and Lyly, was exceptional along with the rest of the quest services team. For our first time in Vietnam, we were provided with amazing tourist suggestions making our stay enjoyable. The hotel itself is charming, well presented and has all the amenities you need. We thank the staff for taking such good care of us and recommend anyone stay with JM Marvel.

Very clean and organized hotel for a fair price, I’m pretty picky with cleanliness and the JM Marvel really impressed me! Also relaxed social atmosphere at the sky bar! I enjoyed my solo stay and recommend for you too!!

The hotel staff were so kind, helpful, from organising discount for food and drink in the sky bar. To helping me to get my luggage to the sister hotel, where I was staying next.. They allowed me to stay longer in my room, so that I could move directly to the sister hotel too. The chef offered to use rice flour to make my pancakes too as I am gf, just let them know beforehand if you are. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Thanks to the hotel for making my stay so welcome.

This was my wife and I’s first time in Vietnam and I couldn’t have wished for more from the JM Marvel and the incredibly helpful staff, especially Ms. Trang Nguyen. She made sure we were given anything we needed. Our first night, my wife wasn’t feeling well and she gave me the location of the nearest store to buy remedies for her. She was also able to make reservations at a restaurant and a massage for us since we don’t speak Vietnamese which made the process very smooth. She really has a lot of talent for hospitality, I wish I could hire her to work at my company! The rest of the staff were very attentive and were waiting for us when we arrived. Our room was always spotless and they even found an earring of my wife’s and made sure we didn’t lose it. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone visiting Hanoi. Very close to train street and many other popular attractions in the area. I will always stay here when I come to Hanoi.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely, authentic hotel, which is ideally located with everything within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and pleasant with great beds, the breakfast was excellent, and there is a nice sky bar where you can sit comfortably with tasty cocktail and enjoy a beautiful view of Hanoi. In short, highly recommended for anyone visiting Hanoi

Wow, where do I start. This was my husband and I’s first time visiting Vietnam. Our first stop was Hanoi where we stayed for 4 nights at the JM Marvel. From the first moment we arrived the service was top notch. We arrived for check in quite late (around 11:30p) after traveling from NYC for about 22 hrs. Shout out to Jason Lee who was manning the desk. He was amazing. He checked us in super quick and got us and our luggage up to the room which we really appreciated. The room was cozy and clean and my husband and I both love how it’s decorated. Anywho, the treatment we received from that first interaction carried on for the entire trip. All of the staff are so kind and attentive. From the ladies who ran the breakfast buffet in the mornings to the housekeeping staff, the door man, to the Cloud Bar staff. The place does not lack for quality employees. As for the hotel itself, the location in the Old Quarter is perfect. It’s right near Train Street which was quite convenient. Most other things were also pretty walkable and on days when it just was unbearably hot the Grab’s were only a dollar or $2 at most. There were also lots of food options nearby. A great cocktail bar right next door as well. I could go on and on about this hotel but I’ll just say if you are looking for a place the stay in Hanoi I would not hesitate to book JM Marvel. You will get a budget friendly 5 star accommodation that you’ll never wanna leave.
