Avani Rio Novo Venice Hotel

Очень удобное расположение. Отель прекрасный, с потрясающим видом на Венецию. Просторные номера, огромные окна, в номере есть все необходимое, хорошая косметика. При отеле есть свой уютный двор/сад где можно провести время, что не может не радовать.

Extrêmement bruyant jusqu’à 2/3h du matin. Nous entendons les gens parler dans la rue, tousser, les bateaux passer. Je ne sais pas si c’est propre à Venise, mais nous avons mal dormis à cause du bruit.

We visited Italy in April 2026 and made a couple of stops at different places before finally arriving at Avani. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how beautiful and well-maintained the property was. The atmosphere was relaxing, the surroundings were stunning, and it was exactly the kind of experience we were hoping for. What truly made the stay memorable, however, was the exceptional level of service from the staff. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and always willing to assist with a smile, making us feel comfortable and valued throughout our stay. A special mention must go to Giovanni at the bar, who was absolutely exceptional. His friendly personality, professionalism, and attention to detail stood out every day. He went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable, and his service added a personal touch that we will genuinely remember. Overall, our stay at Avani was wonderful, and it became one of the highlights of our trip to Italy. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful place with outstanding hospitality.

It was clean and new building and staff was helpful

We booked a room with canal view.. literally the canal view was 5 meters long not worth the extra money
