We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. The staff is excellent. The room was comfortable - we had a canal view room. This a a small canal with a bridge outside the window. The hotel is only a few minutes' walk from transportation. If you arrive by train with luggage, use a porter to take your luggage as there are 3 bridges between the train station and the hotel. The breakfast buffet is good. There are excellent restaurants within minutes of the hotel. There is a laundry service 3 minutes away which does excellent service.
