"The staff was excellent"

The staff was excellent and the breakfast was great too.

The bathroom shower was in the bedroom and not in a separate bathroom. The outlets to charge your phone was controlled by the lights so couldn't use if they were turned off.

"Wonderful hotel with great staff to match the wonderful ambiance"

I loved the open display of the property, you can’t do too much about the area around your establishment but to see the establishment stand proud was great! And the surrounding area is fine but this location stands out I loved it

The valet were terrible I couldn’t tell if they were apart of the hotel or not but blocking the handicap area isn’t smart

"Great hotel, amazing staff"

Central location, close to everything needed. Staff are all really helpful, they offered recommendations on local sites and good restaurants to go to. Hotel and room clean and rooms are good size. Roof top pool lovely, water available throughout the day, and towels put out each morning. The roof top restaurant was great, good food with amazing views. If we ever go back to LA, would definitely stay here again.

"Perfect location in the heart of Hollywood"

The room was really cool. Nice size, nice decor, very modern. The TV service was great and the shower design although confusing was really unique. Breakfast on the rooftop was a nice touch as well.

The fact that you could see someone using the restroom was definitely odd. The receptionist asked if we were okay with it but i don't think i fully understood what she was saying lol

Was a little worried after reading mixed reviews however when we got to the hotel check in was smooth and simply. Our room is very clean and although not massive has all the amenities you could wish such as air conditioning and a lovely large modern shower. Breakfast was fabulous with good service from our waiter Justin. Lovely views from hotel restaurant roof. Would stay again and recommend.
