"Excellent location - Cool vibe"

Love the location, it's pretty Central to a lot of really great restaurants. The vibe of the hotel is really cool because it has that mid-century modern flair.

The room is a little small but the bed is extra comfortable. What was a bit bothersome was how loud it was at night. You could hear cars honking in the street and the music was extremely loud and I think that was coming from Tao which is right next door. Also, the shower was a bit confusing to operate. Took a while for the water to get hot.

"Great...BUT let's talk about the WIFI."

Wifi in this hotel is unacceptable for the business traveler. Food upstairs is great. Rooms are nice and well stocked with coffee, water, and toiletries. But Dream must improve their nightmare wifi.

"Great Hotel, Great Location"

Hotel is clean and modern. Friendly and attentive staff. Great location and far enough from Hollywood Blvd for quiet sleep. Rooftop cafe has some great views! A block away is the historic Chaplin-Keaton-Lloyd Alley. Some great vinyl stores in the area.

"Great base for exploring"

Great location. On arrival complimentary wine was a nice touch. It was also a welcome surprise to have breakfast included which we weren't aware of. The hotel is a great base to explore LA and literally a few minutes walk away from Hollywood Boulevard stars! A couple of minor things let the hotel down. Firstly, the reception staff weren't the keenest to help and each time we tried involved a wait. Secondly, the location, next to OMG night club led for an interesting first night for my friend as the noise felt like she was in the club (although I will add that the hotel has clearly gone to considerable effort to counter this with excellent double glazing). Finally, while having complimentary continental breakfast was a nice surprise, the service was dreadful. We gave up after the second day when a 45 minute wait for food led to us having to rush to our planned trip. Don't get me wrong the food was excellent, but don't visit if you're on a time constraint!
