The room was spacious, clean, nice view and located near the Meguro Station.

Stunning interiors at this hotel and first class service. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful in all situations. The Hundred steps Exhibition is a must see. Easy access to Meguro station via the adjoining Arcot tower and central Tokyo Shibuya, Shinjuku etc are only a few stops away on the Yamonote line. Shinagawa station is a few stops the other way giving easy access to Shinkansen and Narita express etc. Enjoyed the executive lounge. Perfect stay for us, we loved the hotel and the location and would definitely stay here again.

和室に宿泊しました。お部屋の清潔さ、造り、設備などとても良かったです。特にお風呂が気に入りました。 ラウンジも混み合うことなく落ち着いており、飲み物はそこそこ豊富でした。軽食の種類はあまりありませんでしたが、味は全体的に美味しかったです。満足できるラウンジです。 スタッフさんは質に差が激しかったように思います。日本人•外国人、ベテラン•新人関係なく、未熟な方がチラホラ。もちろん、とてもホスピタリティの良いスタッフさんもいらっしゃいました。 全体的に満足感は高く、コスパも良いと思います。快適に滞在できました。

Staying at Meguro Gajoen was the highlight of my trip. The hotel breakfast was delicious, and the balcony overlooking koi fish and waterfalls gave a sense of Japanese elegance. There’s also a shuttle bus from Meguro Station, which made getting there very convenient. Climbing the steep hill would have been quite tough otherwise!

We stayed at Hotel Gajoen with our 5 month old baby. From arrival we were very impressed with the service, the staff were welcoming, helpful and efficient. The room was stunning, spacious and very clean. We would thoroughly recommend a stay here for a luxurious experience in Tokyo!

The location is very convenient. It’s just a 5 minute walk from the Meguro station. The hotel is located right next to the Meguro river so your morning runs are convenient and picturesque. The hotel is beautifully decorated. With 2500 antique crafts and ornaments, it is like staying in a museum! The hotel tour itself takes 90 minutes. The rooms are huge. For Tokyo standards, you’ll be hard pressed to find another hotel with such spacious rooms

The hotel doesn’t have its own gym, but you can use a fitness centre nearby for free. But this is just a minor inconvenience.

It’s a beautiful and unqiue property in Meguro - Relatively close to the station and away from the craziness for Tokyo City. Staff were attentive and we were impressed by the service , the cleanliness, and overall property services
