Удобна локация за транспорт. В близост има голям магазин за хранителни стоки ALDI, Фоаето на хотела беше удобно за гледане на мачове от Световното първенство по футбол. Имаше свободни места за паркиране в района без заплащане.

Не ни хареса, че не ни настаниха по-рано и са наложи часове да стоим във фоаето - до 15ч. Бяхме спали 3 часа през ноща, станали в 2.00ч, за да хванем полета до Меминген, от там пътувахме 1,30 мин. до хотела и бяхме много изморени, за да чакаме до 15ч, за което бяхме предупредили и писали предварително, но желанието ни не беше удовлетворено.

Getting to the hotel was easy

I didn’t like anything at all because the air conditioner was not working for the 3 days I stayed there!! And when I tried calling at the reception during night, nobody answered. Then I was told the first day that someone will come and check but nobody showed up. Then the very next day at 7am I called the reception again, they said someone wanted to come but it was 1am already so they didn’t (as if phones don’t exist) and said they can come in a few hours (I told them I’m leaving for the day so please have it checked before I come back). Plot twist - nobody came again!! And then at night around 10:30, I went downstairs again to ask someone to please come check and send help, the lady at the reception said she’ll come with her colleague in 15 mins. I asked if my room can be changed and she said the hotel is fully booked. You know what happened next - nobody came!! I waited for an hour and called again at the reception and the man at reception picked and started saying he wanted to come the night before but it was too late. And then I told him I’ve been waiting since 3 days and literally nobody could come and check? He said if I wanted to open the window and I said let me speak to your manager. He was super rude and not once did he say he’s sorry. I asked him to send someone else as he was really rude and he didn’t send anybody and said good luck when I said let me speak to your manager. The next day while checking out the lady at the reception kindly asked if the stay was comfortable (wow right?) and I said no nothing was great as there was no aircon in a 34 degree temperature outside. And she said she’s sorry and that she could’ve changed the room?? I was like do you guys not talk to each other? The other lady said no room is available. And on top of that - I couldn’t get any compensation from the hotel for the terrible experience. Booking.com kindly gave me about 33 pounds which again I am not appreciative of as I paid 270 pounds for this horrible stay.

Hotel, Zimmer, Frühstücksraum, alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet, hervorragendes Preisleistungsverhältnis. Lage nahe am Messegelände und dank ÖPNV auch nahe zum Zentrum.

Keine Mängel. Alles super!
