Extrem unfreundliches Personal. Dame an der Rezeption wirkte völlig überfordert beim Einchecken. Auf dem Zimmer war die Klobrille defekt. Es hieß, dass ein Techniker beauftragt wird, dieser kam jedoch in den zwei Tagen nicht.

I made this reservation for my parents. The hotel was adequate for the price: nothing extraordinary, but nothing terrible either. Unfortunately, the check-in experience and the handling of pet fees left a negative impression. At check-in, the reception staff appeared reluctant to proceed because the reservation was made under my name while my parents were the guests. According to my parents, the difficulties began after the receptionist checked their non-German passports. While I cannot know whether this was related, they were left with the impression that the check-in process became noticeably more complicated from that point onward. Although the issue was eventually resolved, the process felt unnecessarily difficult and created an uncomfortable first impression. The bigger issue concerned the hotel’s pet policy. The Booking.com listing stated that dogs were allowed free of charge. Before arrival, I explicitly informed the hotel via message that my parents would be travelling with dogs (plural). No additional fees were mentioned. However, upon arrival, the reception demanded extra charges for the three dogs (one Papillon and two small puppies). Initially, the staff requested payment in cash. Only after my parents insisted were they allowed to pay by credit card. Even then, they received only a card payment confirmation rather than a proper receipt. What makes this particularly disappointing is that the pet charges contradicted the information provided in the Booking.com listing. If fees apply, they should be clearly stated and communicated in advance, especially when guests explicitly notify the property that they will be travelling with dogs. Overall, the hotel offers reasonable value for money, but the poor handling of check-in, the lack of transparency regarding pet fees, and the payment process significantly affected the experience.

La camera ampia. L'inserviente gentilissima che malgrado non dovesse pulire la mia stanza due giorni dopo il mio arrivo mi ha fornito asciugamani puliti e accessori bagno che erano terminati

Pochi accessori per il bagno. Mancanza armadio per riporre i vestiti. TV incomprensibile sul suo utilizzo. Colazione, al netto del sabato, i giorni restanti non era fornita e completa come era stata il sabato.

Schönes, modernes Zimmer mit allem was man benötigt. Leise Klimaanlage, Fenster kann ganz geöffnet werden. Zentral und dennoch nichts von der Hauptstraße gehört.

Nur wenige Stellplätze an der Straße. Aufgang von der Tiefgarage nur mit Zutrittskarte möglich.

Für ein kurzes Wochenende kann ich das hotel total empfehlen, tolle Lage, schönes Zimmer. War gut ausgestattet.

Das Personal ist sehr unfreundlich, die Zimmer werden nicht sauber gemacht, war überall Staub.
