Ascott Macau

I like the style of this hotel ,simple but classy . We enjoyed upgrade to suite and free buffet brealfast as well as early check in . Normal check in time should be 3pm ,we got our room at 1:30 ,check in progress is super quick . What needs to be improve is that the odor in lift is strange (at least is unpleasant to me) and I hope they will provide hair dryer in the room. Other room facilities are great ,matress ,toilet, bathtub with tv.... will definitely go back to this hotel again. By the way, the casinos are just right next to the hotel ,we walk there in the late night which is very convenient to us.

Water temperature was not adjustable in the shower, but we were in a hurry so didn't notify the hotel staff.

Nice Hotel newly renovated but horrible service and location and the Staff is clueless how to service International Business Clients.

Located across from the MGM. Has a good location, as you can easily walk to most attractions in old Macau. The washer was handy after traveling for 2 weeks already. Room was nice and roomy. Decent view. Breakfast was ok but nothing special.

# Bad 1. I had to wait until more than 4pm to check-in as the room wasn't prepared. You can almost see sunset when check-in. 2. Asked for extra bed when booked but there's no extra bed even after long preparation time. I had to ask again for it. The hotel didn't pay attention what I asked for. 3. They didn't allow me to put a bill onto my room when I had breakfast at the hotel restaurant. So I had to came back to my hotel room again to bring my credit card to pay the breakfast. Never experienced this in any other hotels. 4. There is no hotel shuttle bus. Not like other big hotels in Macau. # Good Room is spacious.

The room was clean and well maintained. The kitchen facility was great to have, especially the microwave oven and the good size fridge for short staying guests. I love the the rain shower!!

Amazing room, good location and best of all, it is quiet. Allowing one to rest after a long day of work.

Good location, very spacious, clean except that the water comes out from the bath tub has some black particles in it and the water is not hot enough. Shower is fine.

The stay at Ascott was extremely comfortable and convenient. The room was spacious and offered several useful amenities. Location was good, situated close to: the major MGM and Wynn casinos, the waterfront, within walking distance to the historical attractions (e.g. Ruins of St.Pauls), and a bus hub (in front of Hotel Lisboa) for easily getting around Macau. The only two downsides were: the breakfast, which was fine but a little basic, and the AC in the room was quite noisy.
