Slow check in and check out but otherwise comfortable stay.

Our family enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It is close to many transit bus stations. It is very spacious, modern and clean. We had the executive suite so we had a kitchen and living room. The continental breakfast had good variety of food and was quite good. The staff was friendly.

Old rooms Nice shower and toilet, hair dryer wasn't good Bed was hard as a board unfortunately We got one of the best rooms there Good location otherwise

Room was big and very comfortable. I slept very well. It’s slightly further off the strip, therefore it’s quieter. It’s my second time staying at this hotel, and I would return again. However only issue was the service. Staff should not speak bad in front of the customer, assuming he or she does not understand what they are saying.

I was pleasantly surprised, have stayed in many 4 star hotels, this has to be the best. Don’t understand why it is not a 5.
