I like the location. You don't need a car to get to most places.

Our washer wasn't working. Our freezer didn't make ice and lastly, our room key didn't work around 8am. We were late for our dance competition. Help came around 10:38am to help. The door battery died. I thought I would be accommodated with at least late check out, but we had to rush and pack as fast as we could to make it for the 11am check out and still was late for the competition.

Clean and tidy. Breakfast was good and the guys working the car park were very good and helpful.

Some of the people on the desk could have been considerably more enthusiastic and welcoming and look like they were happy to be alive. A couple of the younger ones in particular looked like the really didn’t want to be there. Not the best first impression. Would stay again despite that but I’d lower my expectations of the reception staff.
