For over 10 years we've been going to the USA and only staying at NUVO SUITES. The service is impeccable, the breakfast, everything is very good. Special mention always goes to Mr. Miguel (the valet) who always greets us with smiles and hugs and calls us by name.

There is one small issue that I think they should improve: the reception staff should smile at the guests. They are always very, very grumpy and never smile.

La limpieza y la ubicación del edificio

Muy pequeña la habitación nunca fue como las fotos que muestran en las páginas oficiales todo muy pequeño para el precio , muy calurosa en el día al parecer controlan el aire acondicionado por el día tengan cuidado con las bañeras si llevan ancianos son muy resbaladizas tuve que comprar una alfombra para poderme bañar porque resbalaba mucho
