"An oasis of serenity in Florence"

This is the perfect place to stay in Florence. It is only 5 mins walk to the main sights, but is an oasis of calm at the end of the day. We loved coming through the doors and escaping the crowds to sit in the wonderful gardens to enjoy a drink and dinner. The pool is lovely to cool off in. The food in the restaurant is excellent for dinner, and breakfast is fantastic. As always, what makes a hotel special is the staff. Everyone we encountered was wonderful. nothing was too much trouble, and everything was super efficient. We would definitely return.

"Great Option, Great Location"

A lovely place to stay. The location was an easy walk from anywhere we went in Florence. The hotel was clean, rooms were spacious for a city hotel and it offered a nice breakfast as well as dining if you were tired and didn't want to go out. The very best part was the amazing staff! They couldn't be friendlier or more helpful from the front desk, to bell hops and restaurant staff, especially the bartenders. We were there on a girls trip and we all agreed we would highly recommend Palazzo Castri!

"Great hotel."

Good location on main road however exceptional quite. Garden at rear was so quite and peaceful. Service was excellent as was breakfast Arrange a late departure by a hour and arrive late for breakfast on final day but staff looked after us and made our day.

"Beautiful Hotel with excellent Staff"

We had excellent service from check-in, help with dining and transportation suggestions, pool services, spa services and much more. The only negative would be the first room on the first floor shares a wall with the kitchen and the noise from this was annoying but we had a fan and it drowned it out. We had a lovely patio that overlooked the courtyard. Beds are comfortable and room was beautiful with all the extra touches. I would recommend a stay here to everyone!

This is an absolutely GORGEOUS hotel! The service is excellent, great location and also beautifully appointed rooms and very clean. This is my second stay and I would definitely choose it again. Thanks also to Camilla for her super-friendly and efficient service outside at the bar area during aperitivo hour. What a gem! Thank you.
