Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach

Amazing night celebrating my husband’s birthday. Only 20 minutes away from our home but felt like we were in paradise.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel so much and mostly because of the amazing hospitality and kindness of all the staff starting from the reception desk to the concierge ( Mohammed) that helped us with daily tours recommandation. to all the staff in the breakfast dinning room that were so kind and charming. The best hotel we’ve ever been ! First class. Faultless , immaculate , top quality service of the staff. We definitely will want to come back.

Facilities

The quality of service was very good, pool, restaurants - all amazing. However the really unpleasant factor was noise. My stay was ruined by family staying next door, slamming doors from as early as 7 am till as late as midnight! Incredibly poor insulation! :((( for such an expensive rate and i had a premium sea view , I was upset to feel like another family was part of our room!

Amazing staycation! Everything was perfect, from reception nice guys helping us to enjoy and get more for what we pay! The massage was great! The restaurants espically Nammos was just delicious and excellent date night venue. Top quality at every touch point

I had booked this hotel last minute on the date of my flight as an option to allow me to get some business done while at the same time have a holiday with my partner, and without a doubt I made the right choice. It all started at the arrival with being checked into one of there Imperial suites which was immaculately presented and furnished. Definitely the most spacious suite i have ever had. Ashraf who worked at the door greeted us and showed us around the hotel and the suite. Great personality and always on a daily basis wished me a good day when passing, truly a gentlemen and a pleasure to have met him and seen him on a daily basis. The stay only got better after this with the hotel manager Cornelia visiting me and my partner by the pool early in the week to also greet us and check on our stay so far. I was grateful for her time as I'm sure she is a busy individual ensuring this hotel continues to provide the excellent service it does while remaining as pristine as it does. As the days went on i needed to start to lean on the services of the staff. Here i must mention Peter at the Concierge Desk and Alex who I believe manged the outside Pool/Restaurant area. It was these two individuals that allowed me and my partner to actually take a holiday while working too. Words can not express how grateful I was and still am for the two of them working together to arrange everything I requested with such care, from the tickets to Burj Khalifa, Private Helicopter, Private Dinner in
