The staff were amazing , we arrived super early and they allowed me to check in early , Mr. Steve (i hope this spelling is correct) was with us in the check in, and i would like to thank him, he spoiled us , we arrived to cute present in the room for my child which made her happy after very long flight .. And the breakfast was amazing

"Four Seasons Jumeirah Dubai "

It’s a beautiful hotel but does not have all the usual four seasons attention to detail. The water in the bathroom was not very hot even after repairing. The air conditioning was also not perfect and made a noise. We could near the people in the room above us. The staff were charming and went out of their way to secure dinner reservations for us in all restaurants.

What an amazing stay! The hotels service was incredible and really made our stay in Dubai amazing. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff. We’ve stayed at a lot of Four Seasons hotels, Ritz Reserve and Aman resorts and the service here was truly amazing, especially Claire she went above and beyond for us. She really helped make us feel at home and made getting around and experiencing the city amazing!! She and El are great at their jobs. Thank you all for everything!!
