The location is very convenient to travelers that use Haneda Terminal 3. Breakfast was pretty good.

I have stayed at this hotel 4 years ago so I noticed some wear and tear on the hallway carpet this time, however, it is understandable since a lot of the guests are dragging large suitcases. I wish they installed USB ports when it was built. I only had one adapter with multiple items to charge so it was a little inconvenient.

The hotel was in a great location knowing that we didn't have to go far to checkin. The room and amenities were very nice. Nice little perks with the bathroom items.

I appreciate the help from front desk employees with the checkin kiosks. If it wasn't for their help, I would have struggled.
