When I arrived to book in, the hotel had no record of my booking. They had never received it from Booking.com. However the reception staff were very helpful and were able to accommodate me. Rooms are large for Japan and the location is perfect - adjoining the departure hall so early flights are a doddle.

Nothing - only there overnight for a flight next morning and everything was fine. It's not cheap but worth it for one night because it is so convenient.
