Can’t say I liked something. Maybe the staff that was helpful and helped me change the room. I wanted to leave but they wouldn’t return me the money. They sent me to booking.com.

I am sorry but the hotel as a whole is a bad joke. It is shockingly subpar in every aspect. No way 5 stars. Maybe 3. Basic things are really wrong. And it’s not the staff, it’s the management. Everything needs maintenance and repairs. They need to really pay more attention to cleaning. There is so much to say about what is wrong with the hotel. Small depressing rooms particularly not comfortable, noisy, windows that don’t close, noise from electrical appliances outside, everything is poorly lit and many others. Pictures on booking.com are misleading to say the least. The street in front is full of tourist trap shop and restaurants. Very inaccessible with the car/taxi. The location might seem an advantage but is really not for many reasons. Mediocre breakfast. Small pool. Really unhappy with the choice I made.

Lovely room, staff were friendly, very central location

Didn’t feel like the best service overall, no pool towels or spare towels, broken a/c which we called reception about multiple times and no one came, pool was freezing, not many sunbeds available, extremely over tourist trap area.

The location was ideal, close to so many key locations to visit. However, the room given was in the basement, which meant the bed rooms were without windows. However, instead of 2 separate rooms a suite was provided which had a separate living room with a balcony so that was a bonus. Breakfast was very ordinary.

As there was mix-up on our entitlement to breakfast, the attitude of Restaurant Manager was not appropriate, however, in contrast Front Desk Manager (Mr Nader) was very accommodating and understood our point of view and also tried to find a workable solution.
