"Akra V amazing"

Amazing hotel conveniently located 25 minutes taxi from Antalya airport. Spotlessly clean modern rooms.well appointed rooms .staff are incredibly processional, friendly ,helpful and welcoming.staff on my visit Busra , Omer and Sinan are amazing , and an absolute asset to there hotel. Highly recommended. Easily best hotel in Antalya with the added benefit of use of all facilities of its sister hotel connected by foot bridge. Definitely returning.

"Akra hotel needs a face lift"

The front desk were very welcoming and happy..thats all.. Restaurants and room service are the worst .. Overpriced and the service is very bad One night I ordered cheese platter for two persons, it was old and not enough for a mice.. I am paying for anything I ordered its not charity, and they are very cheap.. I dine in the restaurant in the lobby Pablito , they served me a white wine which costs me 3500 lira hot , it wasn't chilled, and the fish was full of fish bones.. the meal coast me 7500 Turkish lira was a waste, the other thing, the Wifi kept loading and I cant use it to order anything as most the room service is on TV.. The staff who work in Panora Restaurant are very grumpy, in the breakfast I have to beg for coffee and they don't serve it in a nice way.. Comparing my visit to Istanbul and cuchadasi , bodrum and Natalya, is the worst.. Think twice before you make a reservation to this hotel.. I hope they realize the importance of customers reviews.. Rooms are clean and housekeeping are friendly and very helpful.. That's my humble true opinion..

Thats'it. Lovely welcome, perfect smile and helpful staff. Reception, guest relation and housekeeping teams were perfect. I loved this hotel. Location ist good. Awesome services and peaceful environment. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.
