Facilities at both Akra Hotel s are shared, therefore the breakfast buffet at Akra was amazing in everything from the scenery to the food options and excellent service

the team are really nice. Busra & Cinan were very helpful and my kids enjoyed the breakfast buffet and staying on the pool :) this is my 2nd time at this Akra.

"Chilling trip"

Very friendly staff and helpfull, perfect service, Ms Bushra helped us in booking activites and guiding us. Thankyou for the good hospitality, the restaurant was very good in breakfast, the pool view is very nice, good hotel for a family holiday

"Amazing Staff and Hotel. "

The staff are absolutely amazing. Busra and Ilka were brilliant and very kind to name a few. Both morning and evening staff were great and welcoming. Never fail to smile or ask if I needed anything. Definitely recommend.

A really nice hotel, especially with the amenities across the street in the Akra hotel. Friendly staff that speak multiple languages, clean rooms, nice beach and pool area. Highly recommended.

We’re very happy with Akra Hotel’s hospitality. They really treat us like a family there. Staff especially Guest experience personnel Merve,Busra and receptionist Batu and others were very helpful for our needs. Room staff (especially Semra)also worked hard. Hotels amenities are incredible including gym and beach. We also loved delicious breakfast buffet.

"Busra customer service"

Very good customer service by miss Busra. She was always pending that service is correct. Good amenities and comfortable beds. Only thing to improve in Akra V is the renewal of some areas of the building. Anyway, as mentioned, miss Busra make the reception very pleasant.

"Bad customer service"

Not practical at all. Buffet breakfast in other building. Worst room service experience Highly expensive The staff in the cafeteria ( Baktas) where self service, very rude, unfriendly, not professional… specially the girl: no thanks no welcome no please super unpleasant.
