MarsCity Hotel

Overall's good. The price is a match with great service and the room. The facilities also beyond expectation. Such as the clean swimming pool and the tasty breakfast. The hotel's theme also very unique. I had a pleasant stay at Mars City Hotel, Bali.

The ambiance of the hotel is very good apart from the smell of the wood which came in the deluxe rooms. People are very nice and approachable. Would definitely love to stay there again. The only disadvantage I can think about is that I missed the beach side experience.

Nice from the outside but very cheap on the inside. The corridors are loud and echoey. The bathrooms are tiny, with cold water and made of plastic. TV and beds are nice. But the food, location and overall cleanliness of the hotel were a manor turn off. We could only stand one night. We met other people who checked out early for the same reasons. This hotel is ok if you are local and don't mind the 2* experience, but orherwise go elsewhere for the price.

Zimmer relativ Groß aber leider sehr gehörig, Bett herrlich. In 15 Minuten am Jimbaran Strand, in 20 Minuten bei Uluwatu mit dem Scooter.

Un peu loin de la plage, l hotel met à disposition des navettes gratuites pour le centre commercial et la plage de sanur en revanche, le transport pour l'aeorport n'est pris en charge gratuitement qu'à compter de 3 nuits, ce qui n'est pas précisé sur le site Expedia

The staff were very friendly and efficient. We asked for non smoking and were put in a smoking room, quite unpleasant and the smell remained for our entire stay. The room was not very soundproof so we could hear other guests at the swimming pool and outside our room. Buffet breakfast was a choice of rice, meat dish and green vege dish,which was a bit disappointing. On our last day we were given breakfast from a menu which was really nice. The hotel is very clean and modern but still needs to add a few extras. The bar only stocked beer(Bintang) and soft drinks, only 1 pillow each on the bed and no soap dish near the sink. The shower was not very hot in the morning but fine if used in the evening. There is a free shuttle bus that will take you to either Sanur beach(10 minutes) or Galleria shopping centre (15-20 minutes). There are a few roadside eateries close to the hotel but we didn't try these

Specialty was the friendly staff. I stayed for 3 days. 1st day no hot water, but they resolved it. but again 3rd day no hot water and until we checkout couldn't resolved it. Kind of disappointed about that. But Hotel staff was excellent.
