MarsCity Hotel

First of all, the first time i saw the picture on the internet honestly i expect much much more than what's actually there. The hotel room isn't exactly clean. I was staying at 208 for 2 nights and found out that my bathroom has huge moss-like stain on the edge on the bottom encircling the shower room. There are a lot of ants in the bathroom going somewhere i may not want to find out. No towel, toothpaste and toothbrush provided, i was a bit shocked. Good thing i brought my own. The bathroom mats has lots of stains and on the second night i found a little cockroach scurrying when i opened the curtain. I think hot water is pooled somewhere and shared with other rooms since i almost out of hot water in the morning when my tour buddies are also taking baths. The bar only provides simple beer as alcoholic beverage. Nothing more. Not a single cocktail. There are some other non alcoholic drinks though. The wall is rather thin you can hear people conversing and shouting about and moaning. The good thing about this hotel is that the staff is friendly and willing to impress. The thing with cockroach happened at around 2 am and i go down below to first floor and asked the 2 staffs there to help me. They are super willing in helping and with smile and everything and said sorry for the inconvenience. They are willing to call taxi for you since the location of the hotel is a bit far from everything. At least you can ask the staffs to fix the inconveniences. All that said, since i used travel agent to book, maybe that was just basic room accomodation. Be sure to ask for types of rooms available there and their features! I think the hotel could benefit from more detailed cleaning, with bathroom mosses and stained mats, pest control with smokes or smth once in every while, and provide towel and toothbrush/paste or at least inform the guest that those are available for additional charge. I may come back in later visit although not thrilled, hoping they make it better next time. Keep improving!

新しいホテルで、清潔感もまず普通にあり、スタッフもよかったのですが、立地が悪すぎました。ホテル１階に小さいコンビニ風の店がありますが、品ぞろえがとても悪く、夜もそこそこの時間で閉店。住宅地にあり、周囲にはコンビニも売店も食堂も徒歩圏で行ける範囲にはなし。ビーチ近くのサヌールと思い検索してヒットしたホテルだったが、サヌールまではタクシーなど利用しないととても行けない…。夜、ホテルに戻った後はホテルのプールもしくはプールサイドで時間をつぶすか部屋にいるしかない…

Nice quiet hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly. But Wifi was weak in our room, we had to change. There was a water leak in the bathroom.

I am enjoying the good quality environment from the staff services during the stays. It was a cozy place also for family holiday. It just need some additional on the breakfast menu especially for kids

Friendly and helpful staff. WiFi not available in all room. Good foods. A bit noisy as many graduate students having the night party going on at night. It is away from the tourist area. A small local grocery shop within 10 minutes walk.

We had planned to spend our last week in Baly at this hotel. It is new, the rooms are small but decentand they offer a shuttle to the beach or to the mall. We figured we would try it for 3 nights first. There is a restaurant in the hotel. The rooms are as in the pictures. The problems is that the walls are so thin you hear the teenagers partiyng around the pool till 3 or 4 am. The staff there is very young and inexperienced. They could not contole them. There is practically nothing avalable on there menu except nasi goreng. There are no restaurants around because the hotel is in the middle of nowhere in a very cheap part of Town. The shuttle brings you to but not back from the beach or shopping paza... We had to leave . The management did not whant to refund our reservation. We still had one night coming and paid for.They understood the inconvenience but that was all. A very bad hotel to stay in. We spent six weeks in Indonesia and this was our only and trualy bad experience.We do not recommend this hotel.

The pictures are true and the rooms modern. the price via Expedia is ok. We where ending our month and a half in Indonisia and figured we where going to stay close to the airport and go to the beach. The rooms are exactly like the pictures . But there is a smell of urine in the bathroom. The walls are very thin and you hear every thing that is going on in the hotel. There where more than forty school kids partying all night long. ( in the pool and every where). Of course the price of the rooms make it possible. The security guy was yonguer or as young as the teeagers. So no authoraty there was possible.The staff smiles a lot but are unprofessionnal. They are also to young. Curiously, the play and laugh toguether like young children. The hotel had pratically nothing avalable on the menue except for The indonesian part of it. They where all out of every thing. It was very basic. You have to check your bill because they over charged us twice. The only staff really working was the cleaning crew. The hotel offers you a shuttle to the beach but they do not pick you up at any given time. They only have four beach towels for the pool. You may not have one for yourself (???) We paid for 3 nights but stayed only 2 (not refundable) the management understood the " inconveniance" of the kids partying but did not whant to refund the night we where not staying there. We went elswhere and where very pleased to finish our trip at the Puri Maharani hotel. Pardon my mistakes, I'm french.

The room was small, but clean and with a comfortable bed. The food was good. We only stayed for one night in between flights and we chose this hotel because on the website, they advertised free airport shuttle service to and from the airport. What they DIDN'T say, was that was only for stays of 3 nights or more. If we would have known that, we would have booked elsewhere.
