Zara Tower Hotel

Super convenient location close enough to walk to restaurants and public transportation! The staff is super friendly and helpful, we were warmly welcomed by Saul who introduced us to Sydney and made an effort to check us in early as he saw how tired we were after a long flight. Our family of 3 stayed in felt like a cozy apartment with a full kitchen. Above all my wife lost an earring very dear to her and at checkout we let Angela know we showed her a picture and Zara found it!! Amazing!!! Thank you, we will be back!

Fantastic location and amenities - shame about the construction next door but that is only temporary. Amazing and helpful staff

I booked the hotel bc thry offered rooms with a kitchen. I was pleased/surprised at how large and spacious the room was. Very clean. Well thought out space.

Lovely hotel excellent customer service the rooms are very clean and modern the only thing that I did not like is that there are no bathrooms but I did appreciate the slippers. I love how many switches there are in the room and the rooms are clean daily and thoroughly

We very much enjoyed our stay at Zara Towers. Our apartment was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils and pans. We arrived in the late evening so it was great that we had been sent a grocery list from which we could pre-order items to be in the apartment upon our arrival meaning we were set up for meals the following day. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of extra bedding if we needed it as it did get chilly in the evenings. Staff at reception were friendly and courteous. The location was good for buses and the railway. My only grumble was that there were roadworks outside my room and traffic noise (not the fault of Zara Towers), perhaps better insulated windows may have prevented the noise from disturbing me. We would definitely stay here again.

Love staying here, staff are friendly and helpful, apartments are really well done and very clean. Great location, very handy to everything. Love how they have a selection of pillows to choose from. We really enjoyed our stay and will Be back!

My stay at Zara Towers was just what I needed.The room was amazing, so spacious , modern and had all the amenities, not to mention.... the pillows. The staff were wonderful and extremely friendly and d helpful. Location was perfect, a 5 min walk to rail and city, access to restaurants and entertainment. Would totally recommend

Awesome stay in Sydney, possibly one of the nicest apartments we have ever rented in a big city. Beautiful deco, comfort and all the little details + Really charming service. The furniture was super tasteful and the apartment had everything you can possibly need whilst on a short break! 10 out of 10
