"we did not stay at this hotel, the address or the hotel is not right"

The address of this hotel on the sites is not correct or the hotel does not exist... the taxi took us at the address on the site but there the hotel was not at this address. We had demanded for the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel and had given the information about our arrival, but nobody was there. When we phoned the hotel, we were told that the shuttle would be the in an hour, It was absolutely outrageous. What is going on with this hotel??

Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo , camere pulite , colazione egiziana abbondante, vicinissimo alle piramidi

Nel bagno c'è bisogno di una tenda per doccia ( si allaga il bagno,) ,una mensola poggia sapone dentro la doccia, I tempi per la colazione sono lunghissimi
