Location was great - easy walk to Tokyo Skytree, Senso-ji temple, and restaurants at night time. Amazing night time views of Tokyo Skytree!

Great location, enough room for a family with young kids, very helpful staff. Even though they don’t advertise it, I was always able to get help from an actual person when I needed.

Nothing. Maybe if I have to have one thing the washer/dryer machine was kind of moody and I couldn’t quite figure out how to make it do a proper laundry cycle. Sometimes the clothes was dirty other times they came out very clean, sometimes it dried well other times it didn’t, etc. It was great to have the washing machine in the room regardless. Also, It was a bit tricky to fit the luggages inside the room but we figured it out (there is room under the beds) and it was great.

The view of the skytree is unbelievable... The property is located near the river banks and a short walk away from sensoji. The washer and dryer were really worth it. Good for long stays and for large families.

There's only one elevator and it's hard to hop onto one during the checkout time on each day and there's no access to stairs.
