Great location. Around 10~15 minutes walk from askausa nakamise or the skytree. For families traveling with kids, the simida park is right down stairs, there is an obstacle course that both my kids and I enjoyed playing and a play ground. We got the room with a view and we enjoyed seeing the skytree change light color via the big window every night. The room is spacious and sofa can be converted to a bunk bed, for a family of four we each have our own bed which is rare in Tokyo. The staff is friendly and helpful, the room is clean. Love the water pressure for the shower, nothing beats a steaming shower and bath by the end of a long day of traveling. We will stay here again next time we travel here.

This is our second stay! Each room is equipped with washer, and the room size is pretty good to fit family of four. The hotel is slightly longer walk to stations but totally walkable, 7-11 just opposite the hotel makes it very convenient. The hotel is located at the quieter part of Asakusa, you can have nice stroll or jog along Sumida River. The staffs are very helpful, they helped us to receive our delivery packages and carefully verified our identity to avoid parcels being given to the wrong people.

I wish there is daily cleaning

Staff members not always here, and they do not fix any problem. The door lock is broken before we enter the room, the reception can’t understand the problem and don’t fix it. No changing room, no other suggestions. Their English is bad too, as a front desk staff in an above average price hotel I don’t think this is proper

Great Skytree view (11th floor), friendly staff, room was clean and tidy, proper dining table and some room for clothes. Drying washer worked well. We could empty the trash ourselves to bins next to the reception.

Double beds were not really double so we ended up using both bunk beds for our family of 4 as sleeping between mattresses was quite uncomfortable. Pillows and mattresses were not very comfortable, either. Some traffic noise even on 11th floor through the window and door. Wifi kept disconnecting all the time for our phones, worked somehow with a laptop. Only 2 chairs so the rest had to sit on the bed. Overall the room is too small for 4 people, at least for longer stays.
