The Crown Hotel Agra near Taj Mahal

Awful hotel I had orange juice then I got sick 🤒

The behavior of the staff and owner are not good ,the way he talk with customer it's not proper , he is always in angry ,I will not suggest or recommend this property to anyone.

It was nice stay . Hotel was clean and tidy. I will recommend to stay.

Banquet hall party was onging late and sound was little higher but upon request , sudden closed and it's appreciated.

Room had 2 beds so good for family. Room was fine, neat, kettle and water provided. Staff tried and were friendly. Didn't know much English.

No restaurant in hotel, had to get dinner elsewhere. Breakfast included in price but they had to get off site and it took 45 minutes for toast and tea. Didn't bother with breakfast after first day, ate out instead. Not used to hosting international guests. All 3 nights there were bus loads of college age boys staying in hotel - they were like excited children from 4:30am until 11:30pm shouting, banging, talking loudly in corridor. Multiple buzzes on our room door- 9pm 11:30pm, 5:30am,, when opened, boys saying oops. Disruptive. Would not recommend for international tourist. Staff lacked general hotel manners, eg, after checkout as we were leaving with luggage on auto, staff asked us if we want breakfast (which they would have had to find offsite).
