Hotel Via Veneto

Good location

Rude staff, charged room city tax twice, won’t give us access to room without paying it a second time. In order to get this resolved was told to call booking.com at 9:30 pm on Friday night. Requested a quiet room and was given one facing the street could hear it the bar all night long. Then at breakfast was told what we could order after ordering it was then told it was additional cost. Room tax of €20 per night when in Florence and Venice it was a fraction of this place

Omelette was quite good indeed

We have had a bit noisy background from the street but in general it’s ok

We like the staff spacialy stevena ,she was really helpful and professional,and also Rita , and all the stuff there is friendly ,the bathroom is really good and bigger than other hotel in room but the bedroom is very bad view 🪟😔, Thanks for all the stuff.

This hotel have very poor customer service The only have 8 room and the over book and don’t threat booking.com customers right
