"Lovely hotel"

The hotel has everything you need. The room is spacious and clean. I enjoyed my stay. It is very close to Villa Borghese and the area is quite nice.

"Fantastic stay in Rome"

Great location, spacious and luxurious bathroom with double vanity, staffs always welcome you with a smile and help you with any questions you might have. Fantastic food, the restaurant manager was very attentive and friendly. We would definitely recommend and will stay there when we go back to Rome!

"Not bad but has room to improve"

the stuff was very friendly, polite and efficient

There were too much malfunctions. On one of the days there were no hot water in the morning and it took half an hour to fix this problem. Afterwards, the lift didn't work and when we returned to the hotel around 15:45 the room was not serviced and we had to wait for the maid to come and organize the room.

"Small things"

The size and style of the room

There are small details like the attachment of the shower had... The alevator roof. Just fix the small things please. Carpet meeting the steps. Small things that would help you become greate. Other then that the room was greate.
