جميل جدا بكل شيء وخصوصا تعامل الموظفين اخص بالذكر الأستاذ فيصل والأخ اللي معه والصراحه جميع ماكان من الموظفين تعاملهم يجعلك تعيد الزياره مره أخرى ..👌🤲🏻 لهم مني جزيل الشكر

Check-in with Mr Muhammed and check-out with Ms Kholood and Mr Muhammed were both smooth and professional, which we appreciated.

However, there were several issues during our stay. The room was advertised as including a tumble dryer, but this was not provided. I had to follow this up multiple times and the issue was never properly resolved. Being told that all rooms have the same washing machine does not change the fact that a tumble dryer was specifically advertised. Another recurring issue was the lack of towels at the pool in the mornings. On more than one occasion I had to call reception multiple times just to get towels, which is some thing very basic that should already be in place. The breakfast also has room for improvement in both quality and variety, and there is currently a lot of building work happening around the hotel which affects the overall atmosphere.
