O quarto nao tinha janela igual a foto disponivel no site e isso deveria vir informado, pois estava um calorrrrrr e dormir num quarto sem janela foi um pesadelo, estava um forno. Os colchoes bem ruins, so da pra sentir as molas, nao tivemos um sono adequado por isso. No banheiro masculino foi necessario ficar segurando o registro do chuveiro para que saisse agua para tomar banho, pois estava quebrado e tambem nao tinha suporte para colocar itens de higiene pessoal durante o banho.

The little cabin beds were very nice, they had a little shelf, a light and also a socket. The beds were nice and clean and the bedsheets were cozy. The room itself didn't have anything else besides the beds and a few hangers, but we didn't feel like we needed anything more. Very good sleeping place. The drawers under the beds were very big and I could fit my entire big hiking backpack inside with room to spare, so no problem with storage!

Our room was quite noisy, the windows faced the streets and you couldn't close the windows (not that I'd want to, it was already very warm in the room). Finding the kitchen area and common rooms was also somewhat tricky, as there were no signs to indicate where to go. And the biggest deal breaker for me was that the showers did not have cold water! I would have really enjoyed a cold shower after a very hot day, but you could only take a hot shower, which wasn't refreshing at all :(

Pods were great, clean and comfy. Location is short walk to centre.

Toilets fine, showers a bit smelly. The staff were a bit rude. Made you feel like you were a burden for checking in. They did not look like they wanted to be there.

Friendly staff, bed was comfortable.

Location isn’t amazing.. have to walk at least 10 minutes before reaching any shop or bar / restaurant, didn’t feel very safe, it cost almost €90 to stay in a hostel which defeats the whole purpose of a hostel, it should be a bit more affordable. Then if you wanted a shower and needed a towel there was a further €5 charge. (Girl I stayed with got one and it was tiny!) If you’re charging people €90 or MORE - there should be a complimentary towel on the bed. Had to walk a lot of steps to get to my room.

Staff was welcoming. Bathroom was clean. Bedding was clean and comfortable.

The welcoming area was a bit lacking.
