The hotel staff were wonderful, couldn't do enough for us. The bed was huge, so comfortable and beautiful sheets. This was the first stop on our tour of Vietnam and you have set the bar high! It was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in! ❤️ Great shower, beautiful room Pool/bar area was very cool Breakfast everything you could ask for! You can buy almost anything in the room, I wish I could take the bed home! 🥰 Great location Thank you!

Staff were so lovely! Very helpful with suggestions to eat. Food was delicious and location is great. Able to walk to so many places from there and it was nice a quite when we wanted to get to bed earlier. Stayed here twice during our trip as we loved it so much

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Grand Hotel du Lac. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. The hotel is beautifully presented, with elegant rooms, stunning surroundings, and a fantastic location that made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. The level of service was exceptional throughout our stay, and every detail felt thoughtfully considered. As someone with coeliac disease, I was particularly impressed by the gluten-free food options available. The staff were knowledgeable and accommodating, which made dining stress-free and enjoyable. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to book a stay at their sister property, Hotel du Lac Signature, after our tour. That hotel was stunning as well, which really speaks to the quality and consistency of the Hotel du Lac group. Whether you're visiting for a special occasion or simply looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway, we highly recommend the Grand Hotel du Lac. We would happily stay here again in the future.
