24/7 reception. Restaurant downstairs (which is great, as its located in a newly developed area, so not much else around yet). Its more like an apartment, with the attached kitchen, which is handy for a longer stay. Everything is still new. Big bathroom and shower.

The messages beforehand just were way too many and way too long. Send constantly messages, and they don't get read anymore. I was lost in information when trying to find something specific. Everything feels super new and there's still a lot of construction/ development in the area. Our shower was leaking quite a lot on the bathroom floor. AC was pretty loud (we didn't find a way to turn it off).

The location, onsite cafe, restaurant and bar, good value for money, ground floor smells great.

I wish they did daily cleanings!

Ontbijt was ruim maar het warme eten was eigenlijk koud Op de kamer was het heel warm, airco sloeg niet echt aan. Personeel, behalve bij de bar en ontbijt, was heel ongeïnteresseerd en onverstaanbaar

It was nice to have a kitchen and there are some close amenities (Dunnes for groceries, restaurant in the hotel, convenience stores close by)

For the price, we certainly thought it would be a cleaner. when we arrived, it felt as though we had to clean again before enjoying our stay. Not a bad place to stay by any means, but much further from downtown Dublin than some other reviews/the booking would suggest. Minimum 30 minute walk to the main city - not bad if you’re willing to walk, but important to take into consideration.

При бронировании было указаное, что отель с парковкой. На самая деле у отеля нет парковки, оставляли машину на общей Парковке пешком идти минут 10. Отель предоставляет скидку на оплату, за сутки мы заплатили 30 евро
