The hotel is in a great location, right by a LUAS stop, and next to the Point arena. The staff were all really helpful and friendly. The bed was really comfortable, and the room a good size. The breakfast offer was very good.

The layout of the room was a bit awkward, and the breakfast plates and hot food might have been a bit warmer.

The staff member who checked us in was probably the worst service I've ever experienced. He may as well have just grunted at us. He should not be in a customer facing role and certainly not one of the first people you meet when you arrive for your stay. There were no pleasantries with him just demands and then handed over a room key with little explanation of where to go to find the room, breakfast times, or anything else

The rooms are spacious, nice, and with a kitchenette. Location is very good with the train and bus stations nearby.

Cleaning services for stays under 8 days were not provided, which we learned during our stay. Although it was online, we could ask for trash to be taken out. At the reception, they told us that we have to take it out ourselves. Also, the water in the toilet stopped working in the morning, and we had to wait half a day to be repaired.

Rustige ligging en openbaar vervoer voor de deur. Zeer rustige kamers. Hele aardige staf in de bar en het restaurant!

Front desk personeel totaal niet gastvrij of helpend, op het chagrijnige af soms. Veel te weinig haakjes ed. op de kamer. Vieze deuren met plakkende deurklinken! En de bedden en kussens zijn oud en doorgezakt.

De lokatie! Vanaf de luchthaven namen we de Dublin Express waarvan de halte vlakbij ons appartement was

De luidruchtige buren ; er was dat weekend een concert van Metallica , ze hebben geprobeerd een feestje te vieren na afloop op t appartement. Gelukkig, was een bezoek van een medewerker van de receptie voldoende om ze stil te krijgen
