"Superb"

The hotel is really close to the Kasih Ibu General Hospital. The exterior of the hotel is really nice and food is good and affordable. The price-quality relation is good.

Close to my business meeting point

Before was okay, but now getting down to worse... food for breakfast far from before,. Bathroom on shower area so dirty. Hope the maintenance will improve at least back as last year,.

Location ok, staff good

No hot shower possible as the water was cold in both the taps Water seepage from the door bottom leading to wet area in the bathroom after taking shower Bathroom taps broken and complained to replace. No action taken Breakfast menu was written in Balinese language, should have written in English as well to take care of international visitors Breakfast menu content was not displayed as we are pure vegetarian eating habits, with no meat, no fish , no egg, no beef,.... it was not clear at all. Found it difficult and had to enjoy only cut fruits and normal bread

"For the price, we could not have expected more…?"

Not very clean. Plates from previous order left in front of our doorsteps. Still there the next morning. The staff was friendly though !

"Nice Hotels"

nice place to stay, i hope come back again later. The staff is Friendly and attentive, always willing to help with a smile. Room service was prompt and efficient. Highly recommended for business travelers and couples looking for a central yet quiet place to stay
