"Great hotel option"

This is a great experiential hotel. Not only is it in a great location but it really has a great vibe. The rooms are clean and comfy too Definitely will stay again for the next visit If you looking for nice comfy hotel, you can come to Ibis Denpasar

"The condition of the room was very disappointing and smelly"

On January 8 2024 I stayed in room 229, I was very disappointed with the quality of the hotel which did not match the price because the room was ugly and smelled very bad, there were animals in the room and the water dispenser was broken. Very different from the conditions at the Ibis hotel in Jakarta. I have complained but the service was also not satisfactory.

"Need to improve "

I had a meeting at the Ibis Hotel Denpasar, it was hot in the meeting room, the AC wasn't working properly, when I had dinner at the restaurant the AC wasn't on either, it felt very hot during dinner. When we were having dinner we saw rats in the smoking area, we moved to an indoor restaurant and there were rats walking around. I complained to the hotel staff but there was no response. I stayed in room 208, in general the room was good, the AC in the room was a little less cold, the shower light in the bathroom was off, and there was stagnant water that couldn't get into the floor drain because the slope was not appropriate. Breakfast was good, only I saw there was a bucket because there was a leak at several points. This is an international hotel. Need to improve for batter services

"Crammed, congested and poorly lighted"

Lighting in the room is poor. Room space is very small; hardly any space to move around. No space to keep suitcase/ luggage and No space to open them. Food options are very limited- hardly any choice for Vegan or Vegeterian

"Transitioning to the airport"

We only stayed for 4 hours as needed a break before catching our midnight flight ✈️. Very comfortable
