My stay was very comfortable. The room was big and very clean.
The room itself was more dated than we expected. Even so, it was clean and we were comfortable. The robes were short and not soft but the slippers were fine. There was a good variety of restaurants at the hotel and the location is very convenient for public transport.

I only had to stay 1 night as I was a transit passenger. My room wasn’t classed as the cheapest but still disappointed me with some issues. The room was on the 15th floor which indeeed offered magnificent views, however it was impossible to sleep due to the whistle which was coming through the hole of the window handle. I also discovered in the morning that the side of my duvet was so dirty that I felt sick. I took a picture. Remote control Power button wasn’t working which also added to the uncomfortable stay . I reported these issues to the lady on the check out and showed the photo of the duvet. She promised to report these issues, which I am sure she will. But I was kinda hoping and expecting an apology. Anyways..
Too expensive for this rooms, water from faucet was white non transparent, after shower skin is very dryed. Water is very chlorinated
Hotel is located close to the metro. The hotel is very clean. Hotel staff is friendly. Food is very delicious. Next time I will stay at this hotel again.

Great hotel - I've already stayed here several times. Comfortable, clean, great breakfast and amenities. Love that there's 24/hour room service. Great view and very close to the metro. A great value.
Old hotel next to tourist market. Takes a time to get central by metro but very close to metro station. Takes 90 min at least to SVO airport by taxi.
The decor of the hotel was a bit tasteless but the service, cleanliness, location and price were all very good.
