The location was PERFECT. Everything was within an easy walking distance. The Duomo was within a quick 2 minute walk. Fantastic restaurants within walking distance as well. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay there again.

My family just left this hotel after spending 3 nights in Florence. We had 2 luxury twin rooms which were perfect; well appointed, spacious and comfortable. The bedding and towels were very nice. This hotel is beautiful, extremely clean, has excellent breakfast and the service was outstanding. The location is perfect for excellent shopping, dining and walking anywhere you’d want it o go in Florence. We will return and highly recommend this hotel.

Very clean and comfortable hotel, Location superb in the middle of every thing. Staff very friendly and kind especially Mr Daniele and Amanda Rooms so comfortable and clean bathroom is spacious we booked deluxe room tower ( it can be very noisy at night from drunk tourists) Better to book room not on the street. Breakfast is excellent many varieties with good quality, some pastries done in the kitchen very fresh. Definitely will be back again
