This hotel's location is top tier. Walking distance to Florence's main attractions and in a really high end neighbourhood. Service was excellent, with all staff friendly and welcoming, even remembering our drinks order at breakfast. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious. Our room was comfortable with a very modern bathroom, it's only down side was a lack of storage space and no view. This is a smaller hotel which meant not many guests in the bar or breakfast so it lacked a bit of atmosphere. For guests looking for a quieter stay and personal service, it's definitely recommended.

Beautiful decor. Spacious room for Florence. Excellent location near the Duomo but on a quiet side street. Friendly, professional staff. The breakfast buffet was wonderful.

This hotel was in the perfect location near the city center but on a nice quiet street. We had 2 rooms and both were great! There was complete silence at night, the most comfortable pillows and beds, excellent air conditioning, great water pressure and everything was top notch luxury. The concierge was wonderful, helpful and professional and intuitive of our needs before we had to ask. The breakfast selection was very good and they surprised us by bringing out a brownie with a candle for my daughter’s birthday., which was very thoughtful. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!
