Hotel Taj Plaza

Stay was comfortable and we enjoyed it very much. The staff were really helpful. But the place really needs an elevator. Our room was on the 3rd floor and my mother who is 66 had to climb all those stairs again and again. Apart from that a wonderful experience.

The hotel did have a taj view, but was in very poor condition. Stained sheets, filthy bathrooms. Room service was delightful and the staff was very friendly and hospitable...the food is also quite good here...they really need to do renovations on the rooms.

You have to pay for the wifi and it is only in the living room downstairs. Also our toilet didnt flush and the towel were not clean. No blanket ,only one thick "blanket" that looked unclean.

The hotel was in a great location, the staff was kind and attentive, and the building itself was in great shape! Also, my train did not leave Agra till 8, but they cut me a great deAl in order to stay in the room

The hotel was neet and clean, stay was comfortable and staff was cooperative.

Tariff wise is ok but the problem is Room Service and not up to the mark

basic budget hotel in easy walking distqance of the taj mahal (i've stayed here on two occasions) excellent food from their restaurant, which can be served on the outdoor covered terrace overlooking the taj mahal very good value for money, in the 'basic' category

Very close to east gate of Taj Mahal. Nice rooftop patio/restaurant with view. Good value

Lodging is very comfortable but food rate is very high
