Hotel Taj Plaza

We asked for a room with a view of the Taj Mahal and that is exactly what we got, amazing to feel so close to such a fantastic sight. Hotel was clean and well serviced, staff were pleasant and helpful - cant fault it at all.

This is a basic clean hotel, walking distance to Taj Mahal.. The area & agra in general is boring other n Taj Mahal..

It was good short and sweet experience, very close to Tajmahal and could be called as value for money.

Nice place. Staff was friendly. Food wasn't that good in lobby restaurant. Rooms were acceptable for the cheap price, but nothing fancy. We'd stay here again.

The stay was very comfortable and the quality of service and food very good. The hotel is situated just 5 minutes walk from the ticket counter and the Taj on the Eastern Gate and well connected to the nearest shopping mall. Agra Fort and other markets are around 15 minutes drive from here. A good and reasonable hotel to stay.

People at the hotel were great, always helpful. Stayed in India 10 months and was not used to this level of service. Location right down the street from Taj, can't get any closer. Would recommend it to anyone going to Agra for the Taj.

Very close to Taj Mahal east gate. 5 minutes walk. Good and afordable meals avaliable all day long. I only wish medium level hotels like this would heve more western style bathrooms and showers... as you shower, the whole bathroom gets wet. Pick up at train station was on time. I do recomend this hotel.

Loved the view of the Taj Mahal from the rooftop restaurant. Our room was clean and comfortable although hot water for showers was spotty. Food was delicious and service was generally good, but a bit slow. Overall, great value for a hotel so close to the Taj.
