Good position , friendly staff and good price.

Dark at night out the front and saw a few rats running around at the front and night .

Solid old building, spacious rooms, cleaner than some 4 star hotels, excellent full breakfast.

Pros- good location, room price, garage price only $25, breakfast included in room price, clean, large comfy bed, could dine outside for breakfast if you wish, reception helpful, hotel easy to find in Woolloomooloo.

Cons- bathroom light didn't work, bathroom heater was broken, exhaust fan randomly turned itself on, TV was on the way out- half the screen had a green shade over it and the working side had two lines down it, the "hot " buffet breakfast was barely warm at best. The room Tea/coffee supplies were not topped up. Room was on the small side, standing room only on the balcony

The lady running the hotel was excellent. Decent options for the included breakfast. Parking was on street level under the hotel which was great.

Central to where we needed to go. The breakfast.

Could have been cleaner. The air-conditioning didn't work properly. It made the room hot. Didn't like being woken up by a fire next door. It was a housing commission area, so felt a bit unsafe.

The hotel manager, Richard, was fabulous. He’s helpful and friendly. Recommended places to visit and even called me to make sure I parked in the proper location. Facilities were clean and adequate. Location perfect and close to major attractions.
